Most networkers instruct their brand spanking new distributors to buy leads so as to become more familiar with the phone and overcome any fears they may have about prospecting. I disagree a hundred percent with this thought...

Because if you've ever called purchased MLM leads or opportunity leads, you recognize first hand that 99% of them are tire-kickers and have no business looking into any kind of entrepreneurial undertaking. Most of the time these MLM leads joined up to a Net site so they could get an opportunity at winning a free PS3, and then they become YOUR acquired lead! Great value huh?!

Now think about how your new team member considers the MLM industry in the brief time he / she has been building their business if they're spending their time and their funds on these useless prospects...

They have called back perhaps 100-200 leads and 99% of them are tire-kickers... They're not sincere at all about building a business!
