About
Me

The author of this website, GR, has a
bachelor's degree in English, a minor in Asian studies from Weber
St. University, a master's in management from the Univ. of Phoenix,
and a master's degree in strategic public relations from
George Washington University (he missed co-valedictorian by
.03%), graduating second in his class with a 3.97 GPA. He also has
a practitioner certificate in NLP.
He thought seriously about getting a master’s degree in herbal
medicine when younger but changed his mind.
Nevertheless, as a health enthusiast, and for personal
enrichment, he's been studying alternative health, medicinal herbs,
and homeopathic medicine continuously for over two decades.
Some of his favorite things in life are politics, playing
softball, dogs, cats, scuba diving, baseball, hockey, the Detroit
Tigers, Detroit Lions, Detroit Red Wings, Utah Jazz, beautiful
sunsets, Maui, writing, history, classical guitar, great music,
Star Trek, space stuff, good humor, good movies, good books,
good food, good conversations and good friends.
Oh, he also likes writing in the third person! :)
You can reach him, if you're so inclined, at:

(Gladiator is his favorite movie of all time hence "gladiator"
in the email address. It was almost Godfather363 or heaven forbid
StarWarsFan363!! The "363" is a personal, mnemonic code.)
He is also the webmaster of the following websites:
Yours in health,
CayennePepper.info
Important Postscript
I get a lot of emails from people all over
the world asking me questions about how cayenne can help with their
health problems. While I always enjoy getting emails from
people via this site, I have to say that while I do want to
help people I am not a doctor and
it is literally illegal for anyone to give medical advice without
being a licensed physician.
My formal education is in communications not medicine.
The American government demonizes and prosecutes medicinal
herbalists, naturopathic health professionals, and even
medicinal herb enthusiasts like me.
I don't want to be one of those so prosecuted.
The law allows me and others to share educational
information and personal experiences and that is what I will
continue to do until the U.S. federal government takes that right
away too, which I'm sure they would love to do so as to preserve
the highly profitable healthcare business in America.
So, if you
want to email me asking for medical advice, I must ask you to
not do so. If you have a health
condition, I strongly encourage you to see a licensed doctor.
I have never diagnosed or prescribed anything and
never will.
I have enthusiasm for naturopathic and herbal medicine as I
know it works for I've personally experienced it many
times, which is one of the reasons why I created this site in
October 2007. Nevertheless, traditional western medicine is a great
blessing too, e.g., modern-day anesthesia.
My best to you in your personal health journey.
